Madison Stop Consolidation

Effective immediately we will be phasing out our courtesy stops in the Madison area based on customer feedback and to improve service reliability. 

The following stop locations are being eliminated:

• Madison Stop - East Wash - East Johnson St.

• Madison Stop - East Johnson-East Gorham at N Pinckney St.

Existing Tickets: For passengers who have already booked travel at these locations, Badger Bus will continue to honor these tickets through September 1, 2026.

Post-September 1: After this date, these stops will no longer be serviced.

Bundle Purchase Holders

Customers with remaining tickets in a bundle specifically for these stops may choose one of the following two options:

1. Transfer to Lake St Stop: You may transfer your remaining bundle balance to our primary Lake St stop location.

2. Full Refund: A refund for the remaining value of your bundle purchase is available upon request.
